Archkote 6000 Product Description

A "High Performance" powder coating of pure polyester TGIC. The pigmented organic coating features excellent weather resistance, high mechanical properties, and high resistance to yellowing and fading. Pre-treatment of the aluminum surfaces shall be a 3 three step non-chromated conversion coating. The organic coating is factory applied using electrostatic or airstatic spray method.

The organic coating shall be guaranteed of a period of 6 years and shall meet the high performance requirements of AAMA 605.2-85. The coating is available in over 170 colors, 3 gloss levels, and 2 textures, plus custom matches are also available upon request.

The organic coating shall be guaranteed by the applicator for a period of one year and shall meet the requirements of AAMA 603.8-85. The coating is available in over 170 colors, 3 glosses, 2 textures, plus custom metalics.
