Archkote 1000 is available from stock in limited colors, any non-stocked Archkote 1000 can be custom ordered.

COVERAGE:
I lb. coats approx. 50 sq. ft. at 3 mils avg./l kg. coats approx. 10 sq. m. at 75 microns avg.
Product is normally applied at 2.5 - 3.5 mils/60 -90 microns.
Silver and other metallic colors are available but must be a two-coat process with clear topcoat.

PROCESSING:
Electrostatic or airstatic spraying, manual or automatic.

TEST RESULTS

Archkote 1000, smooth flow, checked on an aluminum test panel which is 1/32 in. / 0.7 mm thick. Cure conditions according to the curve.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Good weather resistant polyester TGIC powder coating featuring high mechanical properties and good resistance to yellowing and fading. Pre-treatment of aluminum surfaces shall be a three step non-chromatic conversion coating. The TGIC polyester coating is factory applied using electrostatic or airstatic spray method.

The organic coating shall be guaranteed by the applicator for a period of one year and shall meet the requirements of AAMA 603.8-85. The coating is available in over 170 colors, 3 glosses, 2 textures, plus custom metalics.
